I've watched this sandwich chain go down over the last few months. Since it was purchased by private equity the quality has definitely suffered. I recently purchased a club supreme and it's obvious that they don't put the same amount of meat on the sandwiches as they used to. You used to be able to get a good sub at Jersey Mike's but I think those days are over.
Went in Monday night (4/27) at 8:20pm to order a sandwich and the staff refused to make me one because they had "already cleaned the grill," even though the place didn't close for another 40 minutes.
Mary was amazing!! Great service and food all around. Recommend
