I appreciate the team at this location taking the time to make me a cheesesteak I minute before they closed. Most businesses would turn you around.
I simply asked the employee making my sandwich if they had pepper. She said no, which was fine. I didn’t complain or say anything else. Then she decided to add, in a smart and condescending tone, “You know, we can’t have people sneezing all over here.” A simple “no” would’ve been enough. And if we’re going to make unnecessary comments about sanitation, maybe start by putting your long hair up or wearing a hair net while preparing people’s food.
