The minute my co worker and I walked into the restaurant we were greeted by a young lady cleaning down some tables. When we approached the counter the rest of the staff greeted us and were so polite. They could see that we needed a few minutes to order and the went to the next guest in line. When we were ready the took our order with professionalism and a genuine, smiling greeting again. I ordered two steak and cheese sandwiches, and they were cooked perfectly. The customer service was great too. I forget his name, but I think the employee who helped me was Dillon. He was very friendly and made both sandwiches exactly right.
You need a sign on the highway, stop being a 3rd place subshop
Paying for extra meat and receiving less than regular is a absolute joke. I would train these kids you have running this establishment. Absolute joke. At least have some pride in your job. I'm livid
