So upsetting. Jerseys mikes has always been our go to. While my husband was eating The big kahuna he pulled this out of his mouth 🤮🤮🤮 we spent 69 on 3 sandwiches and 3 drinks. We all stopped eating. I called the manager at the store we are now 40 minutes away home they are only whiling to do something if I show proof.. well here is my proof….
I come here at least 2-3 times a week. The staff is awesome and the food is always consistent! I go between ordering online and in person and they’re both amazing experiences!
So tired of this location... it's ALWAYS something!!! If you prefer online, be prepared for missing toppings, wrong toppings, and today...BURNT bread. Seriously, it's a CHAIN. How do you not know how to consistently make a sandwich? And, why am i eating burnt bread??? Literally, NO quality control for online orders!
I am having a hard time with this brand. $12 or more for a small sandwich is way overpriced for what you get. The sandwiches lack substance. Go to Wawa for a bigger and tastier sandwich and for less. Even go to a local pizza shop or mom and pop shop for something better. This is my cheese steak that I paid $13 for…unbelievable.
I placed an online online and was told my order would be ready by 2:10pm. Arrived on time to find out that not only was our food not ready. It took them an extra HALF HOUR to make three sandwiches!! Unacceptable!!!!
