It was me and my mom’s first time at Jersey Mike’s, and we were super excited to try it. We ordered both a cold sandwich and a hot sandwich. My mom clearly mentioned multiple times that she wanted mayo, lettuce, and peppers on her hot sandwich, and each time the employees responded with “okay” and showed no issue. However, when the hot sandwich was finished, I politely asked the employee with purple hair, who was handing me the sandwich, if I could add a few more toppings my mom wanted. Wonderful help and very good personalities. Great sub #9. Keep it up.
The sandwich's are 2 inches smaller and more expensive, I even got extra meat and I'm still hungry. 15$ It's sad to see the results of inflation
