This Jersey Mike’s has completely lost my business. I’ve come in multiple times asking for one simple thing: grill the Italian. I know it’s not a standard request, but it’s not hard — it’s sliced meat and bread. Every single time, they act like I’m asking for something outrageous. I’m always polite, always explicit: I want the meat hot, the cheese melted, the bread toasted. Last visit, the employee said she’d grill it — and then handed me a cold sandwich anyway. The best! A must try if you haven't yet! Our once a week, go to for lunch
Service leaves lots to be desired. Took longer than needed to make my sandwich. They finished it and then had it laying there while serving other customers that ordered behind me. Not that mad but like it’s not that hard to wrap it and hand it to me. Takes max 20 seconds.
The manager )Maddy or Matty?) was rude and condescending. I was chastised without cause when I tried multiple times to ask the person preparing my sandwich to not put so much mustard on my sandwich. There is more to the story but...So after leaving the restroom and quietly leaving the store, the manager and all her crew yelled something like, "you have a nice day!"...which by the way they did for no other customers. Childish and passive-aggressive, what a poor example in customer service for that manager to set for her crew.
Won’t let you order over the phone. I guess they’re too good to take money over the phone.
