My original JM was the OG in Point Pleasant, NJ. I’ve been coming for years- all over the country. Today, the online order counter was packed to the brim, when that got done the line was almost to the door. The staff working was super friendly, helpful and patient while I figured out my points, made me a delicious sandwich, was speedy with all guests and were racing, ever so calmly in demeanor to clean tables. we ordered online and went to pick up only to have the ordered not be ready. Watched a full line go through and still have to wait for our order.
Interesting experiences, two days apart! Day one - April, 16, 2026 GREAT experience! FIVE STARS, but the next day SPOILED it. Won't be going back probably. I asked for several customizations on my sandwich, and the nice lady executed them perfectly! She was friendly, helpful, and patient, and the resultant sandwich was EXACTLY what I was craving!
