I love the sandwiches, but the service lately leaves a lot to be desired. I placed an order for ASAP pickup using the website on a Sunday, and the confirmation email I got said it would be ready at 5:26 pm. My husband went to pick up the order and arrived around 5:30. It took until 6:09 PM for the sandwiches to be ready, which is 43 minutes late. The subway like sandwich is good and fresh made under your eyes by skillet employees, very similar to the Subway chain franchise, nothing new, nothing special, but the prices are higher. The meat and cheese slices are very thin though and little in quantity compared to the bread ratio and me as a meat lover I don't fully appreciate it... I probably won't be returning anytime soon, to me they sell overpriced Subway like sandwiches, nothing new under the Sun...
Sandwiches are great but online ordering is a joke now - you pick a time and they make sandwiches for people who arrived after your scheduled pickup time while you sit and wait. It's apparently faster to just show up and go through the line.
