I had a HORRIBLE experience (that is still continuing to the next day) with this location. We ordered 2 Philly subs (both made differently). I am unsure if these people can read b/c EVERYTHING was incorrect. No cheese, no extra lettuce etc. no condiments other than the chipotle mayonnaise was added. I called to get a refund and was supposed to been on hold, but she (lily the "manager ") laid the phone down instead= as she worked other orders.
