On Sunday, 5/25/25, between 4:30pm and 5:00pm, I was treated very poorly by your employee. Her behavior was unruly as she became very irate with me, a paying customer. To be argumentative with a customer is very unprofessional. I've been calling the store to address the issue in detail but I have been unsuccessful with someone answering. Had a delightful experience, I ordered my food and waited for it to be made in my car since I had a work call, I set my timer for 15 minutes cause that's how long it said on the app, The wonderful woman working there brought it out to my car and delivered it to me, that is phenomenal customer service. And this location has won my loyalty for life. Truly, a sub above
The person that waited on me charged me $18.50 when it should have been 11.25 I understand people make mistakes but this seemed deliberate. No receipt, however I was compensated for the difference.makes me question the intention of people these days.
Visiting the area and usually go to Subways when traveling, and have been going to Subways for decades...Experienced terrible customer service at the local Subways and decided to try Jersey Mike's, couldn't have been more pleased, I think he's the manager (the brother in the picture with the beard) his customer service skills are off the charts, next level, the Tuna Sandwich was not just better than Subways but much better than Subways...Keep up the great work!!!!
