Service is terrible, teenage employees behavior is horrible don’t recommend.
Very welcoming staff. They made the sandwich I asked for and made it to perfection. I enjoyed every bite.
I said one thing and the manager turned around immediately and then ignored me. I kindly asked for chipotle mayo they did not bother to put it on. No one even let me ask for lettuce or anything. After I had called and the young person said” so what you want from us”… trashy workers they don’t care no customer service they absolutely don’t care about your food or service. I tried twice here and it’s horrible!
I do not usually leave reviews for establishments, but I felt compelled to share my experience after my most recent visit, as I do not plan to return. I have been a frequent customer and have generally enjoyed the food. However, on several occasions, I observed an employee—an African American male with gold teeth—engaging in interactions that made me uncomfortable.
