Very welcoming staff. They made the sandwich I asked for and made it to perfection. I enjoyed every bite.
I said one thing and the manager turned around immediately and then ignored me. I kindly asked for chipotle mayo they did not bother to put it on. No one even let me ask for lettuce or anything. After I had called and the young person said” so what you want from us”… trashy workers they don’t care no customer service they absolutely don’t care about your food or service. I tried twice here and it’s horrible!
I do not usually leave reviews for establishments, but I felt compelled to share my experience after my most recent visit, as I do not plan to return. I have been a frequent customer and have generally enjoyed the food. However, on several occasions, I observed an employee—an African American male with gold teeth—engaging in interactions that made me uncomfortable. This was me and my girls first time here - the staff were extremely helpful with my indecisiveness lol. They were patient, kind and the overall experience was pleasant and easy going. I highly recommend going there. The food that we bought was incredible and fresh. We enjoyed every bite that we ate it so fast we forgot to take pictures of our food. The staff Rasnien, Tiffany and Mackenzie were so amazing with phenomenal customer service! So shout out to those three working today! We will be back.
