It’s like they don’t even read the online orders . I’m allergic to cheese in very specific about my order . They get the entire order wrong not once but twice. No toppings I selected were put on . I put no cheese and no mayo they added both of those toppings . Makes no sense. I’ll never be ordering from here again . You get excited to enjoy a nice meal and they never get it right

Hands down the worst Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever dealt with. Every single person working here should be replaced. I placed an order for delivery through the app — the driver brought it to the wrong location. I called the store immediately, and they flat-out told me there was nothing they could do. No refund. No replacement. Nothing. So I just paid $32 for food I never got. To make it worse, the guy on the phone had the worst attitude imaginable — rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. This Jersey Mike’s is a complete disaster. I’ve never experienced customer service this bad in my life. I placed a delivery order through their app — paid over $30 — and they delivered it to the wrong place. When I called the store, they basically shrugged and said, “Not our problem.” No refund. No remake. No apology. Just pure attitude from the guy on the phone who clearly hates his job and shouldn’t be answering calls. By far the worst Jersey Mike’s experience ever. I placed a delivery order through the app, and they somehow managed to deliver it to the wrong address. When I called the store — politely, at first — they couldn’t care less. No refund, no remake, no accountability. Just attitude. I paid over $30 for nothing.
