Not sure if the man today was a manager I was More applaud by his behavior and how his lack of training and leadership to the one employee that was working and was doing quite well by herself, he was very belittling and very disrespectful on how he speaks like if you’re handicapped or something and not knowledgeable. My first time ever going to jersey mike I walk into location before heading to work. When I walk in no one in the restaurant but me. 3 people working. They literally made me stand there for almost 10 minutes to wait on a mini sandwich after the guy told me that the orders everything is in order. I recently visited Jersey Mike’s and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with the manager on duty. When I politely asked if I could provide my full order upfront, I was met with a dismissive tone and was abruptly asked, “What do you want? What sandwiches do you want?” The interaction felt rushed and unnecessarily curt. Customer service sets the tone for any establishment, and this experience did not reflect the level of professionalism I would expect. Here now at 8:45pm and yet they have shut the lights off and locked the door, even though they apparently close at 9pm. Second time this week they have done this, horrible display of business!
