I always have my Italian subs grilled to melt the cheese but was told explicitly that is not a thing due to corporate at this restaurant. The staff are nice but don't expect to get any special orders here but it is a good very basic Jersey Mike's that does not go above and beyond for customers.

Staff was excellent, sandwiches were perfect. Picked up order right on time. Really a good business, we are repeat customers.
