I go to this location multiple times every week. Today they had a long line of customers as well as multiple large on line orders at the same time. The crew of 5-- lead by a great leader, Stayed calm, polite and professional and just dug in and got all the orders done. Was great to see people who take pride in doing their job right. They were friendly, and kind. I think the girl who made my sub was new. It came out sloppy and soggy, dripping out the bag. It was a $20 sub so this was disappointing to me. This is my second time coming. This sub was nothing compared to my first sub because the first time I came it was amazing. It just depends who makes it for you.
I don't normally go out for a sandwich but I did today. The sandwich was fantastic, and the customer service and friendliness just earned Jersey Mike's a new customer.
