Everytime I stop at Jersey Mikes.The person that is making the sub or subs drown your sandwich bun with oil and vinegar.I even asked to go light on the oil and vinegar,which is disregarded.From what i see most people do carry out.By the time you get to your destination and proceed to eat your sub sandwich.The sub bun is wet and soggy,not fit to eat.As a customer that likes to eat any type of bread,doesn't like a wet soggy bun.It's a big disappointment and runs repeated customers away.
The food was great but most impressive was the manager. It was too busy to get her name but she was directing the team to get literally 100 subs made, for in store and pick up. Everything was correct and moved quickly. All the team members were nice and followed her orders, but the manager was the only thing keeping the store afloat during a lunch rush. 12:30pm 8/9/2025. Jersey Mike’s Ft Mitchel is absolutely the best… It’s rare nowadays for a restaurant to have all genuinely nice employees… Great food/Great Employees… Rosemary Parm on the grill, highly suggested…
