Very disappointed. The first time I have been in a Jersey Mike's. The lady make my sandwich on the cutting board in front of her and then put my sandwich on the bare counter theater was not sanitized. Disgusting, my friend cones here a lot and corrected her for the future saying "you seem new shouldn't put the sandwich on the counter." The response was....I have been working here for a year.....disappointing.
Dustin and the team tonight were an absolute delight!
Food was fresh and facility was very clean. Staff was freindly.
Took forever to get food. Was the only customer at the time. Five people standing around one person working.
The customer service at this establishment is always sub par. Subs are decent but be prepared for a less than stellar customer experience.
