The staff was not very well educated on food allergins. Although the young man at the slicer knew exactly what he was doing. He wiped down everything and took great care preparing my lunch. The young girl who built my bowl had no idea what she was doing. She couldn't understand why I asked that she not pick from the public's gluten contaminated toppings.
