Take out time was incorrect. My food was then ready after the almost 15 min wait past the time shown on the app; to have them go grab it as it had been ready. Why have a to go order shelf if youre not going to make it accessible to the one who ordered it. Would have been faster if I ordered in store, but the point of to go is ordering ahead. 2 people waiting around for customers to come in could get rid of the back up of to go orders.
