Half my sandwich had no chicken just cheese smh so disappointed.
First bad experience. Long time customer. Always order on app and pickup. I show up on time and all these folks keeping getting in line and getting their sandwich before any of us waiting on online orders. One guy filling the online orders is not really into it. Very distracted by every young lady that walks through the door. He and a guy on the front line discuss it a lot. I ordered online, which was easy. I picked up the food and when I returned to work, I realized a sandwich had been forgotten. I called the store, they apologized and then offered to deliver. This was above and beyond. Yes, it was their error originally but we all make mistakes. It's how we handle those mistakes and if we take accountability that matters. I will definitely visit this location again. Also, the food was so good!!!
They guys working at night were so nice....took care of me.
