We are huge fans of Jersey Mike's but tonight we got stale bread. I have been to Jersey Mike's in many cities, Saraland Alabama was the first to serve us stale bread! Great customer service and kudos to the two guys working tonight, but stale bread, you failed sandwich making 101!
Didn’t taste as fresh, put together correctly as all the others JM’s I’ve ever been too. Service could be way better, she made it known she was annoyed I asked for a topping on the side.
Tyler and his team always make us feel welcome the second we walk in. Tyler has even memorized our usual orders, which is such a nice touch. The sandwiches are consistently fresh and delicious, and the customer service, professionalism, kindness, and cleanliness at this location are unmatched. It’s easy to see why we keep coming back!
7/10/25 approximately 3:30pm. We’re traveling and stop to eat at this location because we’ve stopped here a few times with great customer service. That is not what we got today and we’ll never go back. From the time we walked in with 2 employees in the back area, no greeting, my husband asked the guy, seemed to be training the other guy, some questions and he straight faced just gave him minimal information.
