Slowest jersey mikes I have ever been to. I have ordered several times ahead of time and it’s always the same. Consistently 45 minutes or more.
Me and my family comes in to the Decatur location every weekend (Friday and Saturday mornings ) and it's always between 10AM and 12Noon. There's always two employees there until about 11:30 -12:00 and it's always the same two. I think their names are Regina and Anayasha They're always very helpful and the attitudes and energy is always lifted and beautiful ( and might i add .. funny ) . If I could give zero stars I would ! This message is to formally document the extremely disrespectful and hostile treatment I received at your Jersey Mike’s location from an employee named India. Her behavior was rude, dismissive, and completely unacceptable. I was spoken to with attitude, treated as if I was a problem, and left feeling disrespected and angry.
