I placed a pick-up order to be ready at 11:00am. It is currently 11:52am and my order is somehow still not ready. It's 1 box of sandwiches (4 giants) and 2 extra subs. I'm feeding a girls volleyball team who is currently not able to eat. This is absolutely not acceptable. Manager and who we think was the owner was there and they were sticking up sanitation signs on the wall instead of helping their clueless staff and paying customers. Shouldn’t be restaurant owners!
unfortunate, i live right across the street from this location. they dont know how to read tickets correctly and when i called to let them know my order was wrong the girl who helped me was extremely rude. i worked at a jersey mikes for 5 years and bringing food back to the store once its been picked up and handled by anyone is not supposed to be a thing.
