Never ate here before, so don’t know if my sandwich was the norm. Hot italian sub, ordered very lite on the spicy jam. But jam was so thick and bread was so wet, could not even taste pepperoni or salami - only tons of jam. Could not eat, and had to throw away!
Updated from 5 stars to 2. The food has always been mediocre, but I continued coming here out of convenience. I already have to order double meat because the portions are small, and I am not a big guy. After this recent experience, I won’t be returning. I had an unpleasant interaction with staff when ordering my sub. They prepared it without asking what I wanted on it — skipping the step where they normally ask about mayo, oil, spices, and other toppings.
