You guys do not deserve these stars not even one! I had a really disappointing experience at Jersey Mike's. The customer service was terrible — the guy who served me was rude and dismissive when I politely asked for the extra items I ordered on my sandwich. He acted like I was bothering him, and the attitude was completely uncalled for. There's no reason for that kind of behavior, especially when customers are just trying to get what they paid for.
