Esta sede pésimo servicio una de las chicas de las que prepara los panes es súper grosera, me hizo esperar 22 minutos por un pan con toda la intención mirándome y riéndose en mi cara.

I really didn’t want to write this review because I know we all have bad days. But the service at this location is consistently horrible. The same guy always prepares the sandwiches, and every single time, he has a look of disdain on his face. No smile, no basic courtesy — just an unpleasant attitude. Sir, if you hate your job that much, maybe it’s time to work in the back or find something else. I had a disappointing experience at the Jersey Mike’s in Hancock around 6:30 PM this evening. I’m not sure who the two ladies working were, but the customer service was very poor. One of them was visibly rude and dismissive, while the other looked like she didn’t want to be there at all. The one with the bad attitude made no effort to help her coworker, which may explain the lack of motivation from the other employee.
