Checked out w a gift card and a $20. (Receipt pictured) Cashier used the $20 and then remaining balance onto the gift card. Caught the mistake on receipt and asked that they use the gift card balance 1st then the cash. Manager stated they could not switch it back and that there was no way to rework the transactions. Beware of undertrained staff and unhelpful managenent.
rarely feel compelled to leave reviews on fast-food establishments, but I wanted to 1. highlight that the food was good and the general staff was very helpful and pleasant but 2. I was appalled by the managers behavior. I went during lunch rush and totally understand how busy, stressful and overwhelming those hours in downtown can be for food service. long time customer especially through doordash, orders have been coming that are extremely light on toppings. they skimp the meat, give three tomato slices on a giant, and generally just looks like theyre going lighter on every topping. extremely disappointed i will be buying from alternatives in the future.
