I had a disappointing experience at the Jersey Mike’s in Hancock around 6:30 PM this evening. I’m not sure who the two ladies working were, but the customer service was very poor. One of them was visibly rude and dismissive, while the other looked like she didn’t want to be there at all. The one with the bad attitude made no effort to help her coworker, which may explain the lack of motivation from the other employee. got a burnt sandwich meat looks like it's left over from grease trap, with no extras and no veggies. With just jalapenos. I contacted the general manager and he provided a refund
Service was fast and friendly.
Haven’t had an issue ordering here. The service is always friendly and quick. I love jersey mikes. I will just say that they could pay more attention to the dining area. The tables and floor is covered in crumbs and mess. And the workers weren’t too busy to do it. We had to clean the area to eat inside ourselves. The bathroom could also use some TLC. I just needed to wash my hands but i wouldn’t have used it for anything else.
This location never misses, I can't even believe they have any negative reviews. I'm pretty sure it's from negative people that are unsatisfied with who they are because of how high energy their employees are, but either way I have never had a bad experience with the service I receive when I go on my lunch breaks here. 10/10
