I placed an order through the app to be picked up in store. The receipt says the store received the order at 5:04 PM and it would be ready at 5:18 PM. I walked in at 5:17 and there was no one in the store and asked for an online order. The guy said he had no idea by my name and asked me "are you sure?" He then looked at the computer and printed out the ticket that had been waiting for 13 minutes now. He says he will get started on it right now. Food was good until we found a hair in the food.
My sandwich was smashed and 80% of the break was soaking wet. Inedible, had to throw it away after one bite, absolutely disgusting.
4 star experience whenever I go there but there's one young man that works there; taller with dark hair, looks to be early 20's. He's always so unwelcoming and looks like he hates it there. Needs to be trained on customer service/interaction. Food is always good though. If you want Jersey Mike's I recommend this one
