I drove 20 minutes from work with a coworker to get a sandwich at this location before my flight out of Austin airport. I paid for the food, and the person that charged me didn't put my sandwich in the bag. He put everything else in it. By the time I got to the airport to fly I noticed it. I called and the best they offered was to take the sandwich off. I am a pilot and have to fly across the country today on an empty stomach. The lack of effort to deliver one or offer anything but a refund is very frustrating.
Jersey Mike's needs to make changes. Food is fantastic. THE PERSON HANDLING THE REGISTER AND HANDLING DISGUSTING DIRTY CASH SHOULDN'T BE PUTTING THEIR HANDS ON MY FOOD!!! Mike I love your food but theirs lots of other options. Please change.
