I had a mishap with UberEats at this location and although UberEats refused to acknowledge the error, the management here made it right and offered to replace my sandwich! Thank you for your human kindness.
Just Nasty... All the surfaces in the restaurant were dirty. And then they have the audacity to make your sandwich on a dirty wet cutting board. I complain about my sandwich sitting in All the other sandwiches from the rest of the days juice. The manager does remake my sandwich but with an obvious attitude, clean your restaurant. I wouldn't have even left the review if not for her poor attitude.
I’ve been a loyal Jersey Mike’s customer at this location for over 10 years, and unfortunately my last two visits at this location have been the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had. There is a Caucasian female sandwich maker (mid 20s with tattoos) whose customer service has consistently been rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. It pains me to see how the manager/trainer/owner (lady with Red hair) treats the new employees in training, not to mention in full display of customers. These are kids learning and she berated them as if they are building a rocket. I felt bad for the kid in training. If this store has high turnover I would put my money on the management.
Ashley the manager always had a smile on her face and has her team inspired. It’s not the normal at fast food to experience so it’s a nice change. Food is always fresh!
