Staff members are all over the place, the person in charge of building our sandwiches took the first order, then make us wait 10 minutes to get the rest of the order, while he was making other people orders that came way after us. The cashier is very rude, unprofessional, not even acknowledging customers or even saying thank you, besides I have to asked for my cups 3 times because her distractions, not gave me a receipt after I asked for it. Definitely not coming back to this specific location.
Worst customer service experience maybe ever. 4 young girls were working. They made me feel like I had completely ruined their day when I walked through the door. The manager really leads by example. 2nd time this has happened here. This girls are nasty humans!!!
A coworker suggested Jersey Mike's since i was going to be in that area. Im glad i did because the sandwich was amazing - better then i have had in a while. They are a bit more expensive but definitely worth the cost. Will definitely be eating here again!
