I had a great experience at Jersey Mike's and wanted to recognize Eli and Nico for their outstanding customer service. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, friendly, and made the ordering process smooth and enjoyable. I ordered a Giant #4 and a Giant B.L.T., both on rosemary parmesan bread and made Mike's Way. I love the new staff at this Jersey Mike’s. I understand they went under new management and the staff is amazing. I will definitely be back.
I saw the low ratings this location has but decided to give it a chance anyway. I have never taken the time to post a negative review on restaurants (only good) but this seemed necessary. This was my first time trying this location and placed an online order. After a few bites i pulled out red/light brown short hair from my mouth from the sub. I have long black hair btw. I took a little break from this location because servive had been a little spotty. Went back today to grab a sub for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. Staff was friendly and courteous and the sandwich was delish! Will definitely be back soon!
