I have not been here for awhile due to unpleasant customer service. Yesterday, 3/21, was different. The customer service was excellent. In addition, the cook was happy to prepare my cheese steaks as requested. Please keep these same workers for a long time!

Absolute terrible customer service. I never wrote reviews but this was needed. There was a glitch in their online system and they made my sandwich wrong. I asked them kindly to fix it as a have a severe allergy and the lady at the counter said that it was my fault and I didn’t enter the information correctly and she needed to call her manager to ask if she could remake it. She stated the manager told her she was unable to remake it for free and that if I wanted another sub I’d have to pay for it again. She then proceeded to ... read more
