Terrible attitude from the light skinned dude at the counter today. Didn’t even ask me what sandwich i had to put the right ingredients on there. I was so focused on his terrible attitude that I didn’t catch it before I left. Never been happier to not leave a tip.
We arrived just before closing and the employees happily took our orders and even compensated us because they were out of sub buns. Absolutely fantastic service!
Avoid this location! Absolutely love the subs at Jersey Mike’s, but this particular location is a haphazard waste of time. I came here about a month ago and they screwed up my order after making me wait almost 30 minutes for a sub, not because they were busy, but because they gave it to the wrong customer, all while workers were standing around unfocused, laughing and making jokes, avoiding customers going back-and-forth to the back room and not paying attention.
