I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share this because it was truly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I stopped by this location around 8 PM to order a sub and saw two employees in the back, yet I was never greeted. I waited nearly 20 minutes, and not once did anyone come out to take my order—which is absolutely unacceptable. Nice staff and my sandwich was good!! The manager Travis is friendly and helpful. That was my first time at Jersey Mike’s and I’ll be back.
The new team is top notch! If you haven’t been to this location in a while, you should go back. The service is so much better and the work area and restaurant are being kept nice and clean. And they got my order right . Great job turning this place around! Keep up the good work.
Nice friendly staff and my sandwich was good!! The manager Travis is very friendly and helpful. That was my first time at Jersey Mike’s and he helped me decide on a turkey sandwich. I will be back!
This location constantly gets orders wrong and won’t pick up the phone. Avoid this location.
