This is more of a chain issue. Good sandwiches. But for a place putting a lot of focus on steak sandwiches, they have no steak sandwich sauce options. Mayo or nothing. My opinion, this puts them below other sandwich shops. Edit for response to comment from store (reduced one star - clearly not a place to get a steak related sandwich). I stated your options are mayo or nothing. Mayo, chipotle mayo, and ranch are all mayo options. None of which are steak sauce options.
