Do not come here! I placed an online order and usually my order is done right. All of the workers were hanging outside in the back. I waited trying to get their attention for over 5 minutes. When someone came they were leaving with purse in hand and told me they were out of gluten free bread that’s fine I got a bowl instead. Barely put any lettuce. I shouldn't have to say it but the roast beef is a step above all other restaurants, here. #9 is my favorite w/Xtra roast beef, Mike's Way! And the people who work here have always been pleasant, accommodating, and quick over the past 4 years.
Roaches in the back, very rude workers. Didn’t feel comfortable using my card with the fishy employees. Also saw them threatening to call the cops on non profit workers, all around terrible place
Waited an entire hour for my food just to get nothing.
This is a great location and the sandwiches have always been great. Great service and friendly staff.
