I’m a little old lady who’s hard of hearing. The staff were very patient with me. The young man with glasses was so nice. He reminded me of my grandson! When I go back I’m making sure he helps me. Such a sweetheart. Best first Jersey mikes experience!
Came here expecting a quick, easy meal and left really frustrated. The staff was unfriendly from the start and came off very rude and unprofessional. It felt like we were bothering them just by being there. Customer service clearly isn’t a priority at this location. A simple greeting and basic respect would make a huge difference, but that was missing completely. There are plenty of other places to go where you’ll be treated better. I won’t be returning after this experience.
Worst experience I’ve had at a Jersey Mike’s. The customer service at this location is terrible. The employees were rude, had attitudes the entire time, and acted like it was a problem just to take an order. No greeting, no respect, just straight up ignorance and poor behavior. It completely ruined the experience. I don’t understand how a place stays open treating customers like that. Definitely won’t be coming back, and I’d recommend going somewhere else if you expect even basic customer service.
