Evening staff made my order wrong. It was a simple order so I thought I could trust staff to make a club sandwich Mike’s way and add pickles, but when I got home with the food I discovered no bacon and no pickles. I tried calling the store three times while my family ate their food and finally decided to drive back to the store after it going to voicemail every time. Very poor and slow service at this location, definitely one to avoid.
Jersey Mike’s on 43rd the staff is the worst in the evenings I walked in and a female with the broom was sweeping the floor. Another female came from outback, and she helped me then she slid my tuna to the side, waiting on the next person to finish making up the meal the girl with the broom came out, went to put on her gloves and not wash your hands.
