I have heard that jersey mikes are franchised which would explain why this particular location was not anywhere as good as previous jersey mikes subs l've had from other locations. I really love jersey mikes but this location always tends to mess up my order and the subs just dont taste as good. The vibe of the employees is also very cold. The guy had AirPods in and when I came in he didn't really acknowledge me, greet me, or smile/say hi. This location reversed our order of white bread and wheat bread for our sandwiches. One has mayo and one has mustard so we can't just switch them ourselves. I can't eat wheat bread, so thanks JM. :(
These guys make a great sub. Hands down.
Jess and James made my night here. They make a fire Buffalo chicken, and a delicious simple sub. Great customer service.
