They are usually good at this location, but today I waited an hour and a half for my PICK UP ORDER and I wasn’t the only one they had about 6 other people waiting on orders they hadn’t even started yet.
This location is horrible, thankfully a new one opened at 91st and Indiana St and it's so much better with different ownership!!!!
First off, we don't come here much so we don't really know what we're doing so they treated us like we were dumb bc I asked for my daughters cookie. The lady with curly hair and glasses was staring at us from the minute we walked in and wasn't wearing a hair net with all her curly hair beung near the meat counter, serious health violation! She was rude when we were ordering, I had taken my daughter to the restroom, she kept asking my husband what to put on our sandwiches but he wasnt sure till I came out but she kept asking.... read more
I came in to pick up my sandwich and discovered that someone had already taken it. When I tried to explain my order, they mumbled among themselves and assured me that it would be ready shortly. They didn’t offer any apologies for their lack of communication. Frustrated, I started waiting at a table. After 10 minutes, I grew impatient and approached the counter.
