Brown lettuce and paper thin sliced meat. Hasn't been the same since they sold to Blackrock. No more buy one get half off a second so $20 for a sandwich. Rather just go get a steak meal for 10 bucks more!
I decided to stop at the Bellevue location and they would not allow me to sub out turkey for roast beef on #8. I walked out and will never eat at Jersey Mike's ever again. So much for "customer service." Horrible business practice
Ordered two sandwiches and paid. Got one and was told it would be a second on the other. Nbd. 15 minutes later, after everyone who ordered after me got their food, I asked about it. Girl pretended it had been cooking the entire time. I double checked if they skipped the onions like I asked. They didn't and then tried to blame me. They were trying to make me take a sandwich o couldn't eat.
Decent food at an ok price.
