EDIT: I ordered from this location again today and had a much better experience. Quick, very friendly employees, and one of the best subs I've had in a long time. I still don't love the meat, but the ratios were on point, and the swiss cheese and pickles were highlights. I think as long as this location works on consistency; they can be a great spot for the State St area. Marcus, Alex, and Shawn are the goats and made me great sandwich and had very good customer service
What happened to talking to humans instead of kiosks I could’ve spent 30 seconds talking to a person saying # 7 with hot peppers versus 2 to 3 minutes Trying to figure out how to order on a kiosk and I selected hot peppers and it ended up not having them. Food tasted good.
So I've ordered take out from this location a handful of times over the last couple of years. Close proximity to my work place. Consistently disappointed. Pros: If ordered online; seems to be ready on time. Negatives: Inconsistent food quality and poor customer service. The last 3 times I've ordered the Club Supreme, Giant size. It's not terrible, but for a 20+$ sandwich it's not worth it in my opinion. Other than the bacon, the meat is quite bland, very light on the veggies, and over sauced! Unacceptable experience. Unprofessional staff and management. Staffed rolled their eyes when they heard about the GF order. We were charged $45 for sandwiches. We never did get them and asked for a refund which we still have not received 24 hours after. Glutton Free sandwiches are on the menu. We ordered and went in 45 minutes later to pick up. We were told to wait 45 more minutes and when we went in, they said 30 more minutes. So over two hours for a GF sandwich. They said they could not make ours until all other sandwiches... read more
