Ordered online. Web site said would be ready in 30 minutes. I got there in 60 minutes. My order wasn't ready and hadn't been started. After I described my order they started mumbling and looking around and then said we will start now. I went back in 20 minutes and it was ready. The staff was unenthusiastic or confused and didn't seem concerned that they had failed to fill my order. Is weed legal in Madison? Don't waste your time at this location. EDIT: I ordered from this location again today and had a much better experience. Quick, very friendly employees, and one of the best subs I've had in a long time. I still don't love the meat, but the ratios were on point, and the swiss cheese and pickles were highlights. I think as long as this location works on consistency; they can be a great spot for the State St area. They fired my three favorite employees -- Lee, Bonnie, and Marcus. I'm so sad! Personally, I cannot attend this location any longer. Those three always made my day -- Lee's funny quips about the furry community, Marcus' off-color comments, and Bonnie's presence (or lack thereof, based on what she was fired for) really made this store special. Good luck. I'll be heading to Jimmy Johns.

Marcus, Alex, and Shawn are the goats and made me great sandwich and had very good customer service
