We LOVE Jersey Mikes. My experience today has made me decide not to go back to this location again. They got my bread wrong. Made one sandwich without asking what kind of toppings id like on it then asked me about mine and didnt even put the stuff I wanted on it. The staff looked like they didnt want to be there and they rushed through everything. It was a disappointing experience. I shouldn't have to fix my sandwiches at home after having someone make them for me.
I will not be back her. I have tried a few times but no more. The staff is not friendly. They do not wipe down their knives after using them, so you will get whatever the person before you had on their sandwich on yours. It is not sanitary or safe for food allergies. Never again.
Tonight I was literally blown away. The fresh smell when you walked in the door the personalities of the staff the smiles on their faces. Made me decide to continue to come back to this location. Jairus, Zachary, Brittany and Christy all deserve a raise. This team and this crew is hard to find. They went above and beyond beginning of my my experience Tonight!
