I waited in line for 25 minutes before giving my order. The line behind me was 10 to 15 people deep. This was because the staff gave priorty to orders made through the app, so the "live" customers just had to wait. They need a better system or manager. They're just making sandwiches. And they've been doing it since 1996. Slow learning curve I guess.

Great staff and delicious sandwiches
This is the cleanest Jersey Mikes I’ve ever been to. Staff is friendly and management clearly cares about how the store is handled. The cookies are the best around and the bread is better than other locations. Go here for a quick and delicious lunch.
