We did a pickup order thru the app for this store while out of town for work. We got super lost & ended up not getting to the store before closing. I called them & an extremely nice employee said he would be happy to meet me at the door with the food even though they would be closed. We ended up only being 2 minutes late, but the employee was amazing, and the food was awesome as always. Thanks to Alex for helping make our frustrating day so much better.
Picked up sandwich. Got home and opened. Sandwich swimming in oil vinegar to the point the bread was soaked and mush. Note to self- never order with oil and vinegar. Add it at home. Sandwich otherwise was good and was ready when I arrived. Staff was cordial.
I used to really enjoy coming to this Jersey Mike’s location, but unfortunately, the experience has declined significantly. When I arrived, I wasn’t greeted, and it quickly became clear that the employees were more focused on fulfilling online orders rather than assisting the in-store customers who were waiting.
