My husband and I typically aren’t ones to leave reviews but we had to have witnessed our slowest take out experience. There was no sense of urgency from any of the workers and some of the workers weren’t doing anything. There were 3 people in front of us and we waited 20 minutes for our sandwiches. Another gentleman had a to-go order placed 30 minutes prior and his sandwich was still not ready. I would not go back.
The food is great! Place is clean and the girls working are kind and hardworking!
Ordered 3 sandwiches (1 cold, 2 hot), they forgot about both hot sandwiches. Twice we went up to ask about it, both times they had to look up our order and told us they would be right out. It was over 30 minutes between paying at the register and receiving our food. Numerous people went through the line after we got there and left with their food before us.
I ordered ahead on the app and didn't realize I had ordered from the wrong location. The girl at the counter was so kind, asked what I ordered, and said she would take care of it today. She suggested I call the other location to let them know to just cancel that order & let them know what happened. She was QUICK and efficient. I was in and out in maybe 5 minutes. I sadly did not catch her name but today's customer service leaves much to be desired so it was rather refreshing to have the experience I did.
