I have never had a bad experience as far as the food at this location. There's been a couple times that some of the people haven't been super friendly but that hasn't deterred me from going back. The pickles are the best on the planet. I'm not a huge fan of the atmosphere of this location just because it's small and it gets so busy. That I would rather just get in get my food and get out.
I'm not one to write bad reviews often and I go out of my way to write good reviews. However, this warrants letting management know. I walked in at straight up 9pm on 7/7/26, door unlocked and no one anywhere near the door attempting to lock it. The man behind the counter proclaimed, "We're closed and kind of chuckled." I said I had been waiting at Crumbl next door and lost track of it being that close to 9:00 but I walked in at straight up 9:00. It was so busy I couldn't get my online order filled. I am not even able to get ahold of anyone in order to get a refund. I've contacted the store and gone through the website.
