It was so busy I couldn't get my online order filled. I am not even able to get ahold of anyone in order to get a refund. I've contacted the store and gone through the website.

I can't believe what they are charging for this food. I'll admit that I love their sandwiches, but $57.24 for two (approx.) 6" and one (approx.) 12" sub, 3 tiny bags of chips, and 3 20oz drinks is absolutely INSANE!!! 3 combo meals of sandwiches should not cost this much. And then asking for a ridiculous tip for making my incredibly overpriced food is crazy too! Stop asking for tips for making my order that you are already charging me for!!!! I will probably break down at some point and go again, but it won't be anytime soon... read more
The manager went out of his way to help me get a refund on my order placed at the wrong location. He made the calls, followed through, and called me later to give me an update! Great customer service!!!
