The wait is ridiculous, and my order was placed ahead online and still there is a 10 min wait when arriving. Apparently it’s quicker to just get in line to order.

I went in for my typical Italian sub. I’m picky & don’t like certain things which I know can be frustrating to service industry people. While a young lady named Randy (I apologize if I spelled the name incorrectly) was preparing my sandwich, I forgot to mention that I do not prefer the red wine vinegar.
