Very delicious. The manager is extremely professional and helped me resolve an issue from my previous review.
At approximately 12:40 August 18th I ordered a giant cheesteak($17.95), I get rung up and pay. After payment goes through I notice I had been charged for a regular($10.25), I let the cashier know. The guy she then spoke to, who I can only assume was the manager, then tells her to charge me for another regular($10.25). I inform them that that would be more than the giant I ordered, so he applied a $2 discount. STILL more, $17.95<$18.50. I placed an online order for a single sandwich at the Jersey Mike’s in New Market Square (Wichita) at 1:51 PM on Saturday. I was not handed my order until 2:13 PM — a 22-minute wait for one mini-sandwich during an off-peak time. While I waited, there were at least 6 employees behind the counter, and I watched 5 walk-in customers place and receive their food before mine was even started.
