Asked for a Club Supreme Giant Sandwich w/ham instead of turkey like I have done for years. You're Sandwich maker told me no substitutes on the meat products because of the production and costs and refuses to make the Sandwich. Customer service was terrible. The new kid working evening shifts mid week needs to go. Shorted me on all toppings too my sandwich was dry
NEVER order delivery from here. Ordered a giant sub and it had 2 slices of turkey, 1 slice roast beef along the entire sub, the lettuce was layered on thicker than the meat + bread TOGETHER. Bread was also old and hard as a rock, flaked off just trying to take a bite. Thanks for the salad in old bread!
