I am beyond disappointed and disgusted with what I experienced today at the store. I came in on lunch to order a sandwich. I normally order to go on the app. Today I decided to go in. While standing in line I observed one male staff member making sandwiches. While the other guy was cutting bread and laying it on the counter. Angel had amazing customer service! And Elizabeth was so fast I couldn’t believe it. Not only were they just awesome people, but they made sure the store was clean and food was to order. Fantastic job ladies! Well done.
Spent about 16 on a regular sandwich, the hot honey chicken. They forgot the hot honey, I got them to add the hot honey which is whatever. It was so dry, bland and almost flavorless and tiny. I ended up throwing away most of my sandwich. I used to love this place, not sure what happened.
Dirty, everything is cross contaminated. Staff is rude and awful. Go to firehouse.
