Another great sub from Jersey Mikes. I don't know why so may are complaining about this location. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, and when I was ready to order, a very friendly associate met and started my sandwich. The store is very clean, and also very busy. Parking is somewhat hard to find, so beware of that. Tip: They participate with the app Fetch. If you order instore, use your Fetch app and you can get a percentage back to your account.
The sandwiches are your typical Jersey Mikes subs, they are good but overpriced. The one star review come from the poor management of this location. A few weeks ago one of the employee started arguing with me on where to stand for my mobile pickup i had ordered. I advised him that where he wanted me to stand was blocking the soda machine. Just as good as any other JM but a lot busier during lunch hours. The online orders were just continuously coming so as the walk-ins.
They took over 20+ minutes past the time my sandwich was supposed to be ready. Didnt greet us or ask us the pickup name. Terrible service
This is my 3 time going to one of your restaurants and now it will be the last time. It’s strange how 1 employee can ruin the experience. The other locations no issues but this location saw an opportunity to try to take advantage of someone. When he added the turkey slices normal but when he got to the roast beef slices, it was shredded as he was trying to skim on it.
