Not sure what the point is in ordering online if I’m gonna be stuck waiting over 30 mins anyway (plenty of time to be writing this review). Apparently youre better off ordering in-person, as every person that comes in seems to push your order to last priority. Place is run by unprofessional teens and poor management, or lack thereof. App said my order should be ready by 8:28; it’s now 9:05 and somehow I’m the last customer in the store. Last time im going here. Better off going to the establishments next door.
Whatever girl you have working today was EXTREMELY rude. We walked in and within 10 seconds she asked what we wanted which would be great under normal circumstances but it was with attitude. Every time she talked after that was with vitriol. I finally asked my friend to get the order and had to walk out. Extremely poor experience. Rarely have I been spoken to in such a way. All for doing nothing wrong
One thing about Jersey Mike's is that shrinkflation isnt a thing here. Other places the bread is getting smaller the meat portion skimpier, but not here. Plus I love getting it Mike's Way.
Jersey Mike's was brutal, hit them with one couple in line. We ordered 3 cold subs and 1 hot. I have to say the grill folks were getting it done, sub was decent and they actually did well making the sandwich and packing it in a bag with the menu number on it so we knew who's it was. As for the 3 cold subs....had to tell the guy to put bacon on my club sandwich, and he put all 3 subs in bags without labeling or saying with was what....by the time we paid and went to leave the place was packed to the door with people waiting. ... read more
Went in and the guy making the sandwiches was complaining about people ordering sandwiches.... if you don't want to make sandwiches then get another job. Made me not want to eat there so I left.
