food is good but customer service is horrible. they hire teenagers or grown men that are disrespectful and lazy. slow and greedy with portions and charge me a lot of just some extra bacon. teach ur workers to have better respect and they need to have a manager on site. its feels very unorganized like people are just standing around being useless.
Ive had nothing but great experiences eating with jersey Mike's. The staff is friendly and professional.
Wheat bread was hard as a rock....made the sub inedible.
So happy to find one in Anchorage. Love their GF bun. Surprising they are the only major fast food chain with that option.
