The subs are excellent. The service is friendly, but a couple of the younger guys could be a bit more personable. We definitely prefer Jersey Mike's over Subway. Bread isn't toasted but can be grilled if you ask. It's a little more expensive but worth it!
Hard to go wrong with JM! My favorite sandwich is the Chicken Bacon Ranch with Chipotle mayo. So good! Friendly service! Busy location with online orders.
This Green Valley location did an amazing job. I placed a large order today and even though they were busy they helped me carry the order to the car. Thank you, I will be ordering again!
This is my first post on a restaurant. I have never met such abysmal customer service. The employees were pissed off the moment I walked in, they couldn't believe we were there to ask them to make sandwiches. Not once was I asked anything, like you know, "would you like any toppings?" After toasting my sandwiches I asked if I could have toppings and all three employees united to tell me it was too late, you have to ask that at the beginning, its all about speed at jersey Mike's after all.
