Got the order wrong twice, did nothing voluntarily to make it right. Waited 2 hours to have the wrong sandwiches delivered after the first order was "stolen" by a delivery driver. The second order had 2 sandwiches delivered out of 5 that were ordered. This place is either deliberately stealing or their employees are so incompetent that they can't put together a simple sandwich order.
I had to wait quite a long time for an Uber Eats order during lunch rush (not the fault of the Jersey Mikes staff), but one of the staff members offered me a drink and I appreciate that. It also seemed like they were having a good time and chatting with the customers.
