Great service! We had a custom sandwich and they made it to perfection. They also made the rest to perfection, hot and cold subs. Great, friendly staff. I was there back to back days. I will definitely be back.
Come here every time I am in town, it’s always decent. However it’s time to ditch those mustard bottles. This isn’t subway, those bottles are terrible and blast your sandwich with mustard. Edit: I'm tired of poorly run JM teams telling me they can't put pepper. You can order pepper and put it on sandwiches while they are being made. Don't tell me I can't. Half the Jersey Mike's do it and it's infuriating. I worked at JM for 6 years, we always tried our best to please the customers.
Been here twice. First order was wrong (it happens) but then the second order was wrong as well. If the staff would pay attention to the customer instead of goofing around and cursing they could get the order right...
I am a frequent customer and also encouraged my hard to please neighbor to try a sub there - she really liked it and has patronized it more times. Kudos to the friendly and courteous employees, especially the helpful operator.
Severly under staffed, 3rd time placing a online order and it being more than 20 minutes late from promised time. Should put more staff on to cover large orders.
