The store on Cicero in Crestwood. The food is good, but the employees are unsanitary. The girl making the sandwiches was also taking the money and ringing on the register. She'd make a sandwich, ring up the customer then go to the next customer without changing her gloves and did the same to the next customer. I had to mention it to her that she needs to change her gloves every time she goes from sandwich to the register, and she basically blew me off.
My subs are always delicious but the reason why I keep going back is their welcoming service!
I like JM! But after the 4th I really love them. I placed a catering order online and mistakenly ordered the wrong sandwiches. Didnt realize my mistake until I received my order. Totally MY FAULT. I dont eat pork and most of the sandwiches had pork. I acknowledged my mistake to the workers and they were nice enough to make my sandwiches over with no hesitation.
