I really do not enjoy leaving a bad review, however this location is a total organizational nightmare. I'v ordered 3 times over the past 2 months and each time it takes them 20+ minutes AFTER the estimated pickup time to have your order prepared. 35-40 minutes for a turkey sandwich is insane. Today, there is only 1 employee at the store during the lunch rush preparing catering orders, to go orders, and trying to take care of the guests at the counter. The manager - Shelley was beyond helpful with me yesterday. I had called about a catering order placed on Monday that hadn’t been picked up by a delivery driver yet and she decided to wave the delivery and bring our office the subs herself. Her understanding and exceptional service is exactly what I needed! Give her a raise!
