Man with dreadlocks yelled at me, insulted me, and grabbed sandwich from me when my points wouldn’t work as if I wouldn’t pay. Needs to be fired immediately. Sad part is a police officer just sat there while eating his sandwich
This place gets 5 stars all around! The gm and the staff treat me amazing and take care of me always!!!! Probably the best location around in Alpharetta!
Always great subs with fresh bread!
Call several times trying to reach someone to cancel online order or schedule for later pick up but once I was able to get someone to answer my call they answer the call with attitude because they was busy she stated. The incident happen around 12:21pm.
I don't usually do reviews but I haven't been to this location in about a month. The food isn't good anymore and the service is bad now. There is a teenager Summer (I believe someone said that's her name) with long fake eye lashes, glasses, and her father is supervisor whose attitude and disposition is bad. She's unfriendly and rude. Everyone speaks to customers but her. I hate to ask for additional condiments because she's rude.
