Call several times trying to reach someone to cancel online order or schedule for later pick up but once I was able to get someone to answer my call they answer the call with attitude because they was busy she stated. The incident happen around 12:21pm.
I don't usually do reviews but I haven't been to this location in about a month. The food isn't good anymore and the service is bad now. There is a teenager Summer (I believe someone said that's her name) with long fake eye lashes, glasses, and her father is supervisor whose attitude and disposition is bad. She's unfriendly and rude. Everyone speaks to customers but her. I hate to ask for additional condiments because she's rude. Girl behind counter told a customer it was up to him to figure out how to cancel his online order/get a refund because the bread he wanted was frozen. Won’t support a business with such rude staff. I walked out and didn’t order after hearing that interaction. Keep your attitude at home
The old lady with short hair behind the counter needs to find another job, her customer service skills are abysmal!
