Just called with a question about an order I placed online. The woman who answered at 6:45pm was very rude from the moment she answered the phone. After feeling like I had to pry and answer out of her she hung up on me. It seems like you have multiple reviews about the same worker. One comment even claiming she added a tip on someone's credit card without their knowledge. I'm not sure why you would keep someone on staff like that.
Today was the worst sandwich I have ever gotten….. it was so wet for some reason and everything was just slapped in there with absolutely no care…you asked for mustard and it was basically a mustard sandwich there was so much in their barely any veggies and soggy as hell the bread was worst sandwich ever had
I called in an order to store in Williamsport. The woman on the phone was very rude and then gave herself a tip on my bill for take out! Don't order from there!
Sadly, this place has gone way down hill. Online order inaccuracies to not listening at the counter.
