Long story short. It all depends on who makes your food. I’ve had amazing wraps and I’ve had wraps where I almost came back and demanded my money back!
Food was great but customer service around 11pm on 3/26/25 was just not it. Guy at register looks like he hated his job and was miserable. He had no emotions on his face and that caused me to rush my order especially after someone at the drive thru came he started being condescending asking us the same questions after we already answered. My fault for letting his rudeness rush me and my order yes but he shouldn’t work there if he hates it that much.
The service here was outstanding. I placed a large order online and was told it would be ready at 130. I asked if it could be made earlier and they were finished at 1:10. The folks were super nice and efficient and the food was great! Thank you’

This jersey mikes is the best! I was stuck in traffic and my sandwich was sitting for about an hour. They happily remade it for me! The workers were all very kind and understanding. Definitely will be choosing to go to this location when I can.
