Was there in the afternoon, food was good a bit pricey but seemed freshly made so its ok
Apparently, no one wanted to take a white man’s order, but went out of their way to take a black lady’s order that was further back in line. Rude and racist young employees that should treat everyone the same. I like Jersey Mikes in other cities. I will not tolerate discrimination at a sandwich shop. If I said something to them, I wouldn’t trust the food to be safe. Thanks for tarnishing the Jersey Mike name. No second chance from me in Tuscaloosa.
Great food terrible service. The workers hate that you are here 24/7. Wouldn't recommend it.
Doordashed from this store and found that the employee that was on the grill was not changing her gloves. I watched her grab both steak and chicken and then opened the cooler, and reach in and get vegetables without changing her gloves. When I spoke to the manager about it, another employee tried to argue with me. I was asked to leave. I would recommend if you wish to get sick.
